The Brief

Our client approached us to deliver a three-day conference for their Senior Directors accumulating over a thousand room nights for the week. The client needed a venue that had suitable space for breakout sessions, a completely private registration area and a lounge that could be utilised for networking.

Destination

For this project, it was crucial that we selected a London based venue that could provide strong transport links for all those attending. The independently-run Royal Lancaster proved to be the perfect base, with its exceptional mid-century architecture and five-star team that could share our vision for the event.

Challenges

A focal point of this project was the need for flexibility. Due to the extensive travel arrangements for many of the attending guests, it was imperative that we found a venue that had the capacity for change.

Likewise, the agenda over the three days was packed with content, which necessitated quick and efficient responses from the onsite operational team. The client needed to be able to trust that they could hand us full responsibility of the project so that they could focus on what really mattered – the people.
